Spring 2016 – Season Preview

akuma_no_riddle-12-spring-cherry_blossoms-bloom-pink-flowers-rebirthSpring is truly a time of renaissance, a season when the world awakens from its dormant slumber of winter to period of growth and maturity.  It’s a time when sunlight becomes plentiful, flowers bloom, and animals happily frolic in the fields and forests.  And what could be better than to celebrate the revival of the world than with an entirely new anime season!  Yes, Spring 2016 is already upon us with a brilliant line-up of new and returning anime.  Come, take a preview of Spring 2016 and see how I anticipate with what shows I’ll be spending the next 3 months of my life watching.

Robotics;Notes – 7

Have you noticed it yet?  There’s something unusual about Gunvarrel and its extensive, beloved anime.  Not only that, but there are robots everywhere in Japan, whether they’re the traditional and conventional hobby robots or the titanic, imposing and still incomplete GunPro-1.  And now Junna, too, is influenced by this escalating robotic endemic, going from a sweet, young girl who naturally feared robots to one watching and enjoying a mecha anime.  Yes, the craze and obsession over robots and the immense and immeasurable popularity of a mecha anime is quite peculiar and leads me to believe…

Spring 2012 – Season Preview

With a number new of Spring anime airing over the next two weeks, it is again time for another comprehensive (or close to it) season preview.  This upcoming season appears to be brimming with optimistic hopefuls and candidates eager to display their best but the sheer number of anime debuting over the next few weeks creates some issues when determining a viewing schedule and for those with limited viewing capacity.  As with previous seasonal previews, this preview will focus toward my impressions toward each series and my initial likelihood of watching an anime, not watching an anime, and how I think the borderline anime will perform.  With that said, it’s time to explore the Spring 2012 anime season.
