For me, summer means another season of anime, and it’s time for me to preview all the new and exciting anime that will air over the next three months. A new year always marks a new anime season, and very soon, we’ll be enjoying a new collection of anime during the Winter 2015 anime season. Although the season is lighter than any since Summer 2013, it does feature a number of quality anime and promising shows that should provide excitement and satisfaction for the next three months. But what exactly are these anime that I am looking forward to? And which shows have I already decided against? With Winter 2014 zigzagging along and reaching the finales in the next couple of weeks, now is an ideal time to look ahead to and prepare for the Spring 2014 anime season. Once April arrives, dozens of new anime will begin and several franchises will return to TVs in the forms of sequels, alternative stories or simple rebroadcasts. Based on numbers alone, Spring 2014 appears to be one of the largest anime seasons in terms of total volume. In addition to the abundance of this season, there is quite a diversity of anime, too, making this season more of an unknown or a mystery than others. The dawn of 2013 means the beginning of another new anime season, the Winter 2013 anime season to be precise. Seeing as we’ll be spending the new few months with a number of these anime, it’s time to look ahead and examine these new show as a means to prepare for the upcoming season. Now that I’ve arrived back home from Japan, I can resume blogging about random tangential posts on the various anime I watch. But before we dive into the finales for Nisemonogatari, Guilty Crown, and Last Exile: Ginyoku no Fam is a post I intended to have published while I was on vacation but it wasn’t completed in time and left for when I returned. Starting the trend of answering 50 questions was AceRailgun (I recommend you check out his blog) and quite a number of other anime bloggers have already done similar posts since. I meant to have this up weeks ago but it kept getting delayed and was never completed until now. So here are my answers to the 50 questions!
